The 22nd National Conference on e-Governance was held at Shillong (Meghalaya).
The conference was held in Shillong on 8 and 9 August 2019, organised by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and the Ministry of Electronics and IT with the Government of Meghalaya. It ended with the adoption of the Shillong Declaration on e-governance.
Hyderabad and Aurangabad were not the 2019 venues. Panchkula is in Haryana, not Telangana as the option prints, and did not host it either.
