Chocoholics are people who are fond of chocolates.
The word blends chocolate with the ending of alcoholic, which has come to mean a person with a strong craving for something, as in workaholic. A chocoholic is someone who loves chocolate and finds it hard to resist.
The ending does not mean alcohol is involved, which is the trap in the second option. Hating chocolates is the opposite, and makers of chocolates are chocolatiers.
