Integration means to combine two or more things in order to become more effective. The word is used for bringing separate parts together so that they work as one whole, as in the integration of two systems or two groups.

Men and women involved in a particular type of work is the sense of a workforce or profession, and a set of decisions about how to do something in the future is a plan or a policy. Only the third option gives the sense of joining parts into a more effective whole.
