Correct answer: 192.168.24.43
The private ranges defined by RFC 1918 are 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12 and 192.168.0.0/16. Only the last option falls in one. The trap is 172.15.14.36, which is outside the private block - that range begins at 172.16 and ends at 172.31, so 172.15 and 172.32 are both public.
