As per NEP 2020, by which year the four (4) - year integrated B.Ed. will become the minimal degree qualification for school teachers ?

The year is 2030.
The National Education Policy 2020 states that by 2030 the minimal degree qualification for teaching will be a four-year integrated B.Ed. degree, a dual-major programme that combines teacher education with a subject degree. Teacher education is to move into multidisciplinary colleges and universities, and substandard stand-alone teacher education institutions are to be closed.
2030 is the policy's target year for several reforms in teacher education. The other years are not the deadline the policy sets for this change.
