The concept related to pooling and sharing of resources is (iii) only, virtualization.
Virtualization lets one physical server, store or network be divided into many virtual machines and resources that can be pooled and allotted to different users on demand. That is the basis of the resource pooling that cloud computing provides.
Virtual memory is an operating system technique that gives each process the illusion of a large private memory on one machine, and 'service' is a delivery model, so neither is the concept of pooling and sharing.
