Which of the following is not included in "The Industrial Relations Code, 2020" ?
Answer: B
The Act not included is the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951.
The Industrial Relations Code, 2020 consolidates and replaces three labour laws: the Trade Unions Act, 1926, the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 and the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
The IDR Act, 1951 is not a labour law at all. It is an economic regulation statute that governs the licensing, development and control of scheduled industries, and remains in force on its own.
