The impeachment of the President is dealt with in Article 61.
Article 61 sets out the procedure: a charge of violation of the Constitution may be brought by either House of Parliament after 14 days' notice signed by a quarter of its members, and must be passed by a two-thirds majority of the total membership of each House.
Article 60 is the President's oath, Article 62 the time for holding elections to fill vacancies, and Article 63 creates the office of the Vice-President.
