\[ 1 \text{ kmph} = \frac{5}{18} \text{ m/s} \]
\[ 54 \text{ kmph} = 15 \text{ m/s} \]
\[ t = \frac{540 + 180}{15} = \frac{720}{15} = 48 \text{ sec} \]
