Working back from the passive: is being read is the present continuous passive, so the active must be present continuous too - are reading.
The agent by us becomes the subject we, and the passive subject it returns to the object position. Will read, can read and have to read all replace a description of what is happening now with a prediction, an ability or an obligation.
