First find the journey time. From 22:30 on 4 June to 22:30 on 5 June is 24 hours, and from 22:30 on 5 June to 04:30 on 6 June is 6 hours more.

The exact value is about 38.2 km/h, and of the options offered 38.5 km/h is the nearest, which is why the question says 'nearly'. The other options would need a very different time: 1145 km at 42.5 km/h takes about 27 hours, and at 36.5 km/h about 31.4 hours.
