The card discount is applied after the online discount, so the two factors multiply.
\[ 15000 \times (1 - 0.10) = \text{Rs. } 13500 \]
\[ 13500 \times (1 - 0.05) = 13500 \times 0.95 = \text{Rs. } 12825 \]
Treating the discounts as a combined 15% gives Rs. 12,750 - Rs. 75 less than the true figure, and it is offered as a distractor for exactly that reason. Rs. 13,500 is the price after the online discount alone.
