The wavelength for a frequency of 25 MHz is :
Answer: C
The wavelength is 12 metres.
For an electromagnetic wave in free space, wavelength is the speed of light divided by frequency:
\[ \begin{aligned} \lambda &= \frac{c}{f} = \frac{3 \times 10^{8}}{25 \times 10^{6}} \\ &= 12\ \text{m} \end{aligned} \]
15 m would correspond to 20 MHz, 4 m to 75 MHz and 32 m to about 9.4 MHz. Only 12 m fits 25 MHz, a frequency in the HF band.
