Who is the man behind the latest Indian Rupee Symbol ?
Answer: B
The man behind the Indian rupee symbol is D. Udaya Kumar, a designer who then was a postgraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His design was chosen by the Union Cabinet in July 2010, and the symbol combines the Devanagari letter ra with a Latin R and two horizontal lines. The other names, Lakshya Raghuvanshi, Rajdeep Ghoshal and R. Hiren Sardesai, are not connected with the symbol, so the keyed answer is option B.
