Select the correct sequence of organizational growth
Answer: C
The key gives the sequence of organisational growth as initiation, expansion, consolidation and termination: an organisation is started, then it grows by widening its work and staff, then it strengthens and stabilises its structure, and finally the activity ends or is wound up.
In the other sequences the stages are out of order: consolidation cannot come before initiation, and termination cannot come before consolidation, since an organisation is consolidated before it winds up. So only the third sequence follows the order of growth.
