Durand Line, drawn by British Civil Servant Sir Henry Mortimer Durand separates the following countries
Answer: D
The Durand Line separates Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The line was agreed in 1893 between Sir Mortimer Durand, Foreign Secretary of British India, and the Afghan Amir Abdur Rahman Khan, to fix the frontier between British India and Afghanistan. After 1947 it became the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, which Afghanistan has never formally accepted.
The India-Pakistan border is the Radcliffe Line, and India's border with Nepal and Pakistan's former border with East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) have no connection with Durand.
