There is no interview or typing test listed for Patwari. DDA gave absentees a second verification date, so expect waitlist notices later if posts stay vacant.

Level 3 of the 7th Pay Commission matrix, with an entry basic pay of ₹21,700 a month plus central allowances.
How to Apply
The 2025 fee was ₹2,500 for UR, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates and ₹1,500 for women, SC, ST, PwBD, ex-servicemen and transgender candidates. Payment was online only, through the SBI gateway. The ₹1,500 fee is refunded, minus bank charges, to those who actually sat the exam. Anyone applying for two posts pays twice.

Preparation Tips
Read the Acts first. A fair share of the Patwari marks, 25 in all, comes from the Delhi land statutes, and these are what separate the post from ordinary clerical papers. The Hindi or Urdu section also counts, so pick the language you read fastest. Revise the history and governance of Delhi for general awareness.
