DSSSB PGT Computer Science Exam Pattern, Eligibility
146 topics across 5 subjects. Every question carries a written explanation.
DSSSB recruits PGT (Computer Science) only when a department sends a requisition, and recent ones have been small. The last was PGT (Informatics Practices/Computer Science) for New Delhi Municipal Council schools, post code 15/24 in Advertisement No. 05/2024: 3 posts, all unreserved. The CBT was on 22 September 2025, 342 candidates sat it, and three were nominated on 2 April 2026.
Nothing is open for this post now. The bigger computer teaching recruitment of 2026 is TGT (Computer Science), 675 DoE posts, with the CBT from 27 November 2026.

Preparation Tips
- With three seats the margin is thin. Section B is two-thirds of the paper, so the master's-level subject needs most of your time.
- TGT Computer Science posts accept a BCA or a computer science degree and come up far more often, so watch for those too.
