DSSSB Pharmacist Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Eligibility
146 topics across 4 subjects. Every question carries a written explanation.
DSSSB recruits Pharmacists for several Delhi government employers, and the qualification depends on which one. The big one is the Health & Family Welfare Department, which needs a B.Pharm: its last round (post code 01/24, Advertisement No. 04/2024) had 318 vacancies and its result came out on 13 April 2026 with 261 nominated.
The municipal bodies take diploma holders. MCD (Pharmacist Dispenser, 110 posts) and NDMC (Pharmacist Allopathic, 18 posts) were advertised together as post code 815/24, with the result on 20 July 2026. Small batches also come from MAIDS, DAMB and Delhi Transco, and AYUSH pharmacist posts (Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy) are recruited separately.
No new allopathic Pharmacist advertisement has been issued in 2025 or 2026 so far.
