GMCH Nursing Officer Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Eligibility
136 topics across 4 subjects. Every question carries a written explanation.
GMCH Nursing Officer is the nursing cadre of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh, a teaching hospital run by the Chandigarh Administration through its Department of Medical Education and Research. The post was called Staff Nurse until 2025. A gazette notification renamed it and repealed the old rules outright.
Everything below comes from the GMCH Chandigarh (Group-B) (Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2025, notified as No. 2025/15404 on 7 May 2025 and in force from the UPSC's approval of 20 February 2025.
| Column of the schedule | Entry |
|---|---|
| Name of the post | Nursing Officer |
| Number of posts | 1,090 (2025), subject to variation dependent on workload |
| Classification | General Central Service, Group B, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial |
| Pay | Level-7, Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 in the 7th CPC matrix |
| Age for direct recruits | Not exceeding 30 years, relaxable for government servants up to 5 years |
| Probation | Two years, with induction training of at least two weeks |
| Method of recruitment | 100 per cent direct recruitment |
| Consultation with UPSC | Not necessary in making recruitment |
The rename changed real things
Clause 8 repeals the Group-C rules of 2002, as amended in 2011, 2018 and 2020, in respect of the post of Staff Nurse only. Same post, new name, new group, new pay level, and a much tighter age bar.
| Staff Nurse, 2018 rules | Nursing Officer, 2025 rules | |
|---|---|---|
| Classification | Group C | Group B |
| Pay | Pay Band 3, Rs 10,300 to Rs 34,800, grade pay Rs 4,600 | Level-7, Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 |
| Sanctioned posts | 759 | 1,090 |
| Age for direct recruits | 18 to 37 years | Not exceeding 30 years |
| Probation | Three years | Two years, plus a two week induction |
No advertisement yet
GMCH's vacancy page and its archive, read on 12 September 2026, carried project staff, senior resident walk-ins and ICMR research posts, but no Nursing Officer advertisement. So there is no vacancy count for a live cycle, no fee, no application window and no exam pattern. The 1,090 in the rules is the cadre's sanctioned strength, not a number of vacancies.

GMCH Nursing Officer Details
Exam Pattern
No pattern has been published
Recruitment rules fix what a post is and how it is filled in principle. They never fix a question count, a mark total, a time limit or a negative marking rule, and the 2025 Nursing Officer rules fix none of those. GMCH has advertised nothing against them, so nothing published anywhere states the pattern of this exam. A question count quoted for it has been copied from a different recruitment.
What the rules do fix about the method
| Rule | What it means for a candidate |
|---|---|
| 100 per cent direct recruitment | All 1,090 posts are filled from open competition. No promotion quota, no departmental reservation. |
| A vacancy caused by deputation, long illness or study leave of a year or more may be filled on deputation | Open to Central, State and UT officials holding an analogous post on a regular basis who also hold the direct recruitment qualification. Maximum age 56 on the closing date. |
| UPSC consultation not necessary in making recruitment | UPSC approved the rules on 20 February 2025 and steps out of the individual selections. |
Who is likely to conduct it
Column 7 names an agency twice. Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the SSC or Competent Authority, and so is the experience requirement for SC and ST candidates where enough experienced candidates are not likely to be available. Recruitment rules name their recruiting agency in exactly that place, and the Staff Selection Commission fills Group B non-gazetted posts for Union Territory administrations. The Commission has published nothing naming this post, so treat it as a strong pointer and no more.
Check these the day an advertisement appears
- Which agency issues it, and whose exam rules therefore apply.
- Whether there is a written paper at all, or selection on qualification and experience.
- Question count, mark total, time limit, and whether wrong answers are penalised.
- The crucial date for age, which the rules leave the competent authority to advertise.
Syllabus
No syllabus exists for this post
The Chandigarh Administration has notified recruitment rules and no syllabus. Rules never carry one, and a syllabus is published with an advertisement. There is no advertisement.
What the rules do instead is define the qualification precisely, and until a syllabus exists the qualification is the only honest basis for study. The table below maps the ground a nursing qualification covers. Treat it as that, not as a published syllabus.
The qualification the rules demand
Route A, degree. B.Sc (Hons.) in Nursing, a regular B.Sc Nursing course, or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognised University or Institute, with registration as a Nurse or as a Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council.
Route B, diploma. A Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognised Board or Council, the same registration, and one year of experience in a minimum fifty bedded hospital acquired after the diploma.
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Anatomy and Physiology | Structure and function of the body systems |
| Microbiology and Infection Control | Organisms, infection, sterilisation, asepsis, hospital acquired infection, biomedical waste |
| Fundamentals of Nursing | The nursing process, assessment, vital signs, hygiene, positioning, elimination, records |
| Medical Surgical Nursing | Disorders system by system, pre and post operative care, wound care, theatre practice |
| Pharmacology | Drug classes and actions, routes, dosage calculation, adverse reactions, the rights of administration |
| Midwifery and Obstetric Nursing | Antenatal, intranatal and postnatal care, normal and abnormal labour, obstetric emergencies, family welfare |
| Paediatric Nursing | Newborn care, growth and development, immunisation, common childhood illness |
| Community Health Nursing | The health care delivery system, national health programmes, environmental health, epidemiology |
| Mental Health Nursing | Psychiatric disorders, therapeutic communication, psychotropic drugs, patients' rights |
| Critical Care and Emergency | Intensive care, resuscitation, trauma, poisoning, burns, monitoring |
| Nursing Management | Ward administration, staffing, supplies, inventory, quality and safety |
| Professional Trends, Ethics and Law | Nursing ethics, council registration, the legal responsibilities of a nurse |
GMCH runs postgraduate courses in twenty specialties, an ICU, a coronary care unit, a high dependency unit, neonatology, a paediatric ICU, radiation oncology, dialysis and a Mental Health Institute. A Nursing Officer there works specialty wards, so the specialty half of the qualification is the half that earns its keep.
One requirement the rename dropped
The Staff Nurse rules of 2018, restated in 2020, made a NIELIT computer course essential: Awareness in Computer Concepts at 20 hours, Basic Computer Concepts at 36, the Course on Computer Concepts at 80, CCC+ at 126 or the Expert Computer Course at 200, with an exemption for anyone holding a computer science qualification. The 2025 rules carry no such requirement. Anyone preparing from an old copy of the rules is still chasing a certificate nobody asks for.
Eligibility Criteria
The qualification, in the rules' own structure
Column 7 of the 2025 schedule gives two alternative routes, and the difference between them is the experience year.
| Route A, degree | Route B, diploma | |
|---|---|---|
| Academic qualification | B.Sc (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognised University or Institute, or a regular course in B.Sc Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing | Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognised Board or Council |
| Registration | Registered as a Nurse or as a Nurse and Midwife, RN or RN and RM, with a State Nursing Council | The same |
| Experience | None required | One year in a minimum fifty bedded hospital, acquired after the diploma |
If you hold the diploma, check the fifty bed threshold first. A year in a smaller nursing home does not count, and the year has to come after the qualification, not alongside it.
Age
Not exceeding 30 years, relaxable for government servants by up to 5 years under Central Government instructions. The rules add that the crucial date for determining the age limit shall be as advertised by the competent authority, so the reckoning date does not exist until an advertisement does.
What the rename did to the eligibility
Two gazette notifications side by side: the Staff Nurse rules as amended on 25 July 2018, and the Nursing Officer rules of 7 May 2025.
| Item | Staff Nurse, 2018 | Nursing Officer, 2025 |
|---|---|---|
| Post name | Staff Nurse | Nursing Officer |
| Classification | Group C, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial | Group B, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial |
| Pay | Pay Band 3, Rs 10,300 to Rs 34,800, grade pay Rs 4,600 | Level-7, Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 |
| Sanctioned posts | 759, being 386 Non-Plan and 373 to be converted | 1,090 |
| Age | Between 18 and 37 years | Not exceeding 30 years |
| Academic qualification | GNM diploma from a recognised Board, University or Institution or equivalent, or B.Sc Nursing or equivalent | B.Sc (Hons.), regular B.Sc or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, or GNM diploma with one year in a fifty bedded hospital |
| Registration | Registered as Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council | Registered as Nurse or Nurse and Midwife, RN or RN and RM |
| Computer course | Mandatory NIELIT course, one of ACC 20 hours, BCC 36, CCC 80, CCC+ 126 or ECC 200 | None |
| Probation | Three years | Two years, plus induction training of at least two weeks |
| Committee | Departmental Promotion Committee chaired by the Director Principal, GMCH | Departmental Confirmation Committee chaired by the Secretary, Medical Education and Research, UT Chandigarh |
The change that closes a door
The upper age fell from 37 to 30. A 33 year old nurse who was eligible under the 2018 rules is not eligible now unless they are a government servant, in which case the five year relaxation lifts the ceiling to 35. The rename works hardest against candidates who had been waiting years for the cadre to advertise.
Marriage, reservation and relaxation
Rule 5 disqualifies anyone who has married a person with a living spouse, and anyone who, having a living spouse, has married another. The Administrator may exempt a person where satisfied the marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to both parties.
Rule 7 saves reservation, age relaxation and other concessions for SC, ST, OBC, ex-servicemen and other special categories under Central Government orders. The vacancy split will be in the advertisement. Under rule 6 the Administrator may relax any provision for a class of persons, in consultation with the UPSC; individual recruitment needs no such consultation.
Selection Process
One hundred per cent direct recruitment
Column 10 of the 2025 schedule fills the post entirely by direct recruitment. No promotion quota, no absorption share, no departmental reservation. All 1,090 sanctioned posts are open competition. For a Group B hospital post that is unusual, and it favours outside candidates: a GMCH employee in a lower cadre competes on the same footing as anyone else.
The deputation exception
A vacancy caused by the incumbent being away on deputation, long illness or study leave for a year or more may be filled on deputation from Central, State or UT officials who hold an analogous post on a regular basis and possess the direct recruitment qualification and experience. Maximum age 56 years on the closing date. It is a stop gap for a temporary vacancy, not a way into the cadre.
After selection
| Stage | What the rules require |
|---|---|
| Probation | Two years |
| Induction training | At least two weeks, prescribed by the competent authority. Probation cannot be completed without it. |
| Confirmation | Departmental Confirmation Committee: the Secretary, Medical Education and Research, UT Chandigarh as chairman, with the Special, Additional or Joint Secretary (Personnel), the Director Principal of GMCH, and the Director Social Welfare or a representative |
Under the old Staff Nurse rules this was a Departmental Promotion Committee chaired by the hospital's own Director Principal. It is now a Confirmation Committee chaired by the Administration's Secretary, with the Director Principal sitting as a member. The decision moved up from the hospital to the Administration when the post moved from Group C to Group B.
Who runs the selection
The rules give no column for the recruiting agency, but they name the SSC twice in the qualification notes as the body that may relax qualifications and experience. Recruitment rules name their agency there, and the Staff Selection Commission fills Group B non-gazetted posts for Union Territory administrations. No advertisement existed on 12 September 2026 to confirm it.
Nothing in the rules sets an exam pattern, a shortlisting ratio, an interview, a document verification procedure or a cut off. Those come from an advertisement, and there has not been one.
Salary
Level-7 of the 7th CPC matrix
| Item | Entry in the 2025 rules |
|---|---|
| Pay level | Level-7 |
| Pay range | Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 |
| Classification | General Central Service, Group B, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial |
Rs 44,900 is the cell the level opens at. Rs 1,42,400 is the top of the level, reached through annual increments over a full career in it, not a figure anyone joins on.
What changed at the rename
Grade pay of Rs 4,600 in the 6th Pay Commission structure is the grade that maps to Level-7 in the 7th, so the pay itself was carried across rather than raised. The real change is the classification: a Group C post became Group B. That affects standing, eligibility for departmental exams and the ladder above the post, not the entry salary.
Allowances
The rules give the pay level and stop. Dearness, house rent, transport, nursing and uniform allowances follow the Chandigarh Administration's own orders and the UT of Chandigarh Employees (Revised Pay) Rules. None appears in this notification.
Conditions of service the rules do fix
- Probation of two years, which cannot be completed without the mandatory induction training of at least two weeks.
- Confirmation by a committee of the Administration, chaired by the Secretary of the Department of Medical Education and Research rather than by the hospital's Director Principal.
The cadre is large for one teaching hospital: 1,090 posts against 858 beds plus 40 at the Mental Health Institute, and 331 more than the 759 the old rules sanctioned. The rules add that the strength is subject to variation dependent on workload, so it moves with the hospital rather than with an advertisement.
How to Apply
There is no application open
GMCH's vacancy page and its archive, read on 12 September 2026, carried no Nursing Officer advertisement. There is no form, no portal, no fee and no closing date. What the page did carry was ICMR project staff, a laboratory technician and walk-in interviews for senior residents and resident specialists. All contractual or project engagements, none of them the regular Nursing Officer cadre.
Where an advertisement would appear
| Place | What it carries |
|---|---|
| gmch.gov.in, Vacancies | The hospital's current vacancies, with an archive of closed ones |
| gmch.gov.in, Notified Recruitment Rules | Rules for every Group A, B and C post, where the 2025 notification sits |
| Chandigarh Administration Gazette | Where the rules are notified and digitally signed |
If the SSC conducts the recruitment, as the rules' own references suggest, the advertisement would appear on the Commission's site too. Watch both.
What to have ready
- The nursing degree or the GNM diploma, complete, from a recognised university, board or council.
- State Nursing Council registration as RN or RN and RM. Both routes need it.
- On the diploma route, an experience certificate for one year in a hospital of at least fifty beds, for service after the diploma. Get the bed strength stated on the certificate.
- Proof of date of birth. The ceiling is 30 and the reckoning date comes from the advertisement.
GMCH keeps a standing Public Notice for awareness for General Public for Recruitment Fraud on its home page. Treat any offer that does not point at the hospital's own vacancy page accordingly.
Participating Institutes
| Body | Role |
|---|---|
| GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh | The employer. The post is on its establishment and its Director Principal sits on the confirmation committee. |
| Department of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration | Notifies the rules. Its Secretary signs the notification and chairs the confirmation committee. |
| The Administrator, UT Chandigarh | Makes the rules under the proviso to Article 309, read with MHA notification S.O. 3267 of 1 November 1966, and holds the power to relax them. |
| UPSC | Approved the 2025 rules on 20 February 2025. Not needed for an individual recruitment; needed to relax the rules for a class of persons. |
| Staff Selection Commission | Named twice in the qualification notes as the authority that may relax qualifications and experience. |
| State Nursing Councils | Any one of which may have issued the RN or RN and RM registration the post requires. |
The hospital
GMCH was created because Chandigarh had no medical college of its own. Its foundation stone was laid on 20 January 1991 on 36.09 acres in Sector 32, the college started from the Prayaas building in Sector 38 with the General Hospital in Sector 16 as its teaching hospital, the first batch of fifty MBBS students was admitted in August 1991, and the MBBS degree was recognised by the Government of India with effect from 30 December 1996. It now offers postgraduate courses in twenty specialties with an annual intake of 132.
Where a Nursing Officer would work
Across the hospital's clinical departments. GMCH's own bed strength page gives 858 beds, plus 40 at the Mental Health Institute and 34 daycare beds across dialysis, radiation oncology and thalassaemia, with 16 pre-operative and 18 post-operative beds. The largest wards:
| Department | Beds |
|---|---|
| General Medicine | 139 |
| General Surgery, with Urology and Neuro-Surgery | 131 |
| Obstetrics and Gynaecology | 100 |
| Paediatrics, with a four bed PICU | 88 |
| Orthopaedics | 80 |
| Private wards | 53 |
| Ophthalmology and Pulmonary Medicine | 40 each |
| Dermatology | 37 |
| ENT and Psychiatry | 30 each |
| Neonatology | 25 |
The critical care beds shape the nursing roster: 15 coronary care, 14 intensive care, 13 high dependency, 13 radiation oncology, 18 urology, 12 neuro-surgery and 10 isolation. Twenty postgraduate specialties on 858 beds makes this a specialty nursing post, not a general ward one.
Exam Centres
No centres have been announced
No Nursing Officer advertisement exists for GMCH Chandigarh, so no exam has been scheduled and no centre list published.
Two things can be said now. The post is at one hospital in one city, Sector 32, Chandigarh, with no field posting and no district cadre. And the rules put no domicile condition on it: registration with a State Nursing Council qualifies, and rule 7 saves reservation under Central Government orders. If the SSC conducts the selection, its papers are held across its regional network rather than only in Chandigarh.
GMCH stands on 36.09 acres in Sector 32, Chandigarh. Its enquiry number is 2663301 and its main lines are 0172-2601023 and 0172-2601024. Watch the hospital's vacancy page for the advertisement, which will have to state whether there is a written paper and in which cities, whether a centre can be chosen or changed, and where document verification is held.
Important Dates
| Date | Event |
|---|---|
| 6 June 2002 | GMCH Chandigarh Group-C (Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2002 notified as No. 17174, covering Staff Nurse |
| 21 November 2011 | First amendment, No. 1641/FII(6)/2011/9838 |
| 25 July 2018 | Second amendment, No. GMCH/1EA2/12(5)23/2018/30674. Strength 759, age 18 to 37, Pay Band 3 with grade pay Rs 4,600, probation three years, NIELIT course made essential |
| 13 March 2020 | Third amendment, No. 14355, restating the ICT skills requirement. Gazetted 18 March 2020 |
| 20 February 2025 | UPSC approves the new rules. This is the date they came into force. |
| 7 May 2025 | Notification No. 2025/15404 gazetted: the Nursing Officer rules are made and the Staff Nurse rules repealed |
| 12 September 2026 | GMCH's vacancy page and archive read for this write-up. No Nursing Officer advertisement on either. |
The post lived under the 2002 rules for twenty three years, amended three times without ever changing its name or group. The 2025 notification did not amend them a fourth time. It repealed them for Staff Nurse and made a fresh set of Group-B rules under a new name.
Sixteen months after the rules came into force, nothing had been advertised against them. A recruitment rule is permission to recruit, not a recruitment. And the date that matters most to a candidate, the one a 30 year ceiling is measured against, is left to the advertisement: the note under the age column says the crucial date shall be as advertised by the competent authority.
Admit Card
No admit card has been issued, because GMCH has published no Nursing Officer advertisement and no exam has been scheduled.
An advertisement would appear on the hospital's vacancy page, and the admit card on the site of whichever agency it names; the rules point twice at the Staff Selection Commission. GMCH keeps a standing Public Notice for awareness for General Public for Recruitment Fraud on its home page.
Result
There has been no Nursing Officer recruitment at GMCH Chandigarh under the 2025 rules, so there is no merit list, no score card and no selection list. The hospital's vacancy archive, read on 12 September 2026, carries none. A result would appear on the hospital's vacancy page, or on the site of the conducting agency if GMCH does not run the selection itself.
What the rules do cover
Not results, but the stages after an appointment: two years on probation, which cannot be completed without a mandatory induction training of at least two weeks, then confirmation by the Departmental Confirmation Committee chaired by the Secretary, Medical Education and Research, UT Chandigarh.
Rule 5 can undo an appointment: no person who has married someone with a living spouse, and no person who, having a living spouse, has married another, is eligible for the post. The Administrator may exempt someone where satisfied the marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to both parties.
Cut Off
No cut-off has been published for GMCH Nursing Officer. There has been no recruitment under the 2025 rules, and recruitment rules fix no qualifying mark.
A cut-off would appear with the first result, on the hospital's vacancy page or on the site of the agency that conducts the selection.
Preparation Tips
Check eligibility before you prepare anything
Three conditions in the 2025 rules disqualify people who were eligible under the old ones, and no amount of preparation gets round them.
- Age not exceeding 30. It was 18 to 37 under the Staff Nurse rules. The five year relaxation is for government servants only.
- State Nursing Council registration as RN or RN and RM, on both routes.
- On the diploma route, one year in a minimum fifty bedded hospital after the diploma. Get the bed strength written on the certificate.
If you hold the diploma, start the experience year now
A year cannot be acquired after a closing date. Serve it somewhere that can certify fifty beds or more, and keep the certificate current.
Do not chase the computer certificate
The Staff Nurse rules made a NIELIT course essential. The 2025 rules dropped it. Candidates working from an old advertisement are still buying a certificate for a requirement that no longer exists.
Prepare the qualification, since there is no syllabus
Your own degree or diploma papers are the best material you have, with extra work on dosage calculation and medication safety, which every nursing recruitment tests. And because GMCH is a teaching hospital with twenty postgraduate specialties, an ICU, a coronary care unit, a high dependency unit, neonatology, a paediatric ICU, radiation oncology, dialysis and a Mental Health Institute, any selection for this post is selecting for specialty ward nursing. Weight your revision that way.
Read the rules yourself, once
The gazette notification is three pages and it is linked below. It is the only document that currently exists about this post, and ten minutes with it settles what every summary gets slightly wrong. Then watch the hospital's vacancy page, and the SSC site the rules point at twice. Nothing else is a source.
One last thing. The notification is permission to recruit, not a recruitment. Anyone telling you 1,090 vacancies are open is reading a cadre strength as a vacancy count.
Sample Papers
No sample papers or previous year papers are available for GMCH Nursing Officer as of now. The post was created in 2025 and nothing had been advertised against it by September 2026, so anything sold under that name is another recruitment's paper.
Papers, if published, would follow a result on the hospital's vacancy page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a GMCH Nursing Officer recruitment open?
No. The hospital's vacancy page and archive, read on 12 September 2026, carried no Nursing Officer advertisement. What exists is the notified recruitment rules of 2025.
Then what are the 1,090 posts people are talking about?
The sanctioned strength of the cadre in column 2 of the rules, described there as subject to variation dependent on workload. Not a vacancy count. How many are actually vacant will be in an advertisement.
Which GMCH is this?
The Government Medical College and Hospital in Sector 32, Chandigarh, run by the Chandigarh Administration's Department of Medical Education and Research. Other institutions use the same acronym.
Was this post called Staff Nurse before?
Yes. Clause 8 of the 2025 rules repeals the 2002 Group-C rules, as amended in 2011, 2018 and 2020, in respect of the post of Staff Nurse only.
What changed with the rename?
Group C to Group B; Pay Band 3 with grade pay Rs 4,600 to Level-7, Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400; strength 759 to 1,090; age 18 to 37 down to not exceeding 30; probation three years to two with a two week induction; and the compulsory NIELIT computer course dropped.
I am 33 and hold a B.Sc Nursing. Am I eligible?
Not unless you are a government servant, in which case the five year relaxation takes the ceiling to 35.
What qualification is needed?
Either a B.Sc (Hons.) in Nursing, a regular B.Sc Nursing or a Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with State Nursing Council registration as RN or RN and RM; or a GNM diploma with the same registration and one year in a minimum fifty bedded hospital after the diploma.
Does the registration have to be from Chandigarh or Punjab?
No. The rules say a State Nursing Council, without naming one, and set no domicile condition.
Do I still need the CCC or NIELIT computer certificate?
No. The 2025 rules carry no computer course requirement at all.
What does it pay?
Level-7, Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400. The rules do not list allowances, which follow the Chandigarh Administration's orders.
Is there a promotion quota or a departmental route?
No, it is 100 per cent direct recruitment. A deputation route exists only for a vacancy caused by the incumbent being away a year or more, with a maximum age of 56 on the closing date.
Who conducts the selection?
No advertisement exists to say. The rules name the SSC twice as the authority that may relax the qualification and experience, which is where recruitment rules name their agency. Treat it as a pointer, not a confirmation.
What is the exam pattern?
None has been published. Any question count quoted for this post comes from a different recruitment.
What is the age reckoning date?
Undecided. The rules say the crucial date for the age limit shall be as advertised by the competent authority.
What happens after appointment?
Two years on probation, which needs a mandatory induction training of at least two weeks, then confirmation by a Departmental Confirmation Committee chaired by the Secretary, Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration.
