Supervisor (Paryavekshak) in the Women and Child Development Department of Madhya Pradesh oversees anganwadi centres. Most posts are for women, and many are kept for serving anganwadi workers. The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) holds the exam.
The last cycle was the Paryavekshak Recruitment Test 2024. It was held online from 7 March to 13 April 2025 in 11 cities, and the result came out on 20 June 2025. No new cycle had been announced by October 2026.

Selection Process
Selection was on the written test alone. MPESB worked out results by percentile, and the final score added any bonus marks to it. Equal percentiles went to the older candidate. The Board checked no documents itself: the merit list goes to the department, which verifies eligibility before appointment.

No 2025 or 2026 Supervisor test has been notified. A new rulebook would appear on the MPESB rulebooks page; the gap between the 2017 and 2024 cycles was seven years.
Result
MPESB issued 5,94,609 admit cards for the 2024 test; 4,26,202 people sat it and 1,68,407 stayed away. The result note, merit list, waiting list and marks details are on the results page under 2024.
