OPSC Civil Defence Instructor Details
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor's degree in any subject, with basic computer skills.
- Age 21 to 32 on 1 January 2025; 5 years more for SEBC, SC, ST and all women.
- Odia at M.E. School standard, and the physical standards set in the advertisement.
Selection Process
Three stages: a 150-mark MCQ written exam of three hours (General English, Odia and general studies, with 0.25 off per wrong answer), then a qualifying physical measurement and efficiency test for about ten times the vacancies, then certificate verification. Merit is on the written score. Non-SC/ST/PwD candidates paid ₹500, refunded on appearing. The post is Group-B at Level 9 of the Odisha pay matrix.
