Preparation Tips
- Paper I covers the same ground as a civil services prelims General Studies paper, so that material carries over.
- Paper II counts fully towards merit here, unlike a qualifying CSAT, so do not neglect reasoning and numeracy.
- Read up on urban local bodies and municipal law in Odisha before the viva.
