Rajasthan Home Guard Eligibility, Important Dates
127 topics across 4 subjects. Every question carries a written explanation.
Rajasthan Home Guard volunteers are enrolled, not recruited. The Directorate of Home Guards, Jaipur, enrols them under the Rajasthan Home Guards Act, 1963 for its district training centres and for the companies of the Border Home Guard battalions. A volunteer is not a government employee. You're paid a daily honorarium when deployed with police, other departments or public bodies.
The current enrolment was advertised on 9 January 2023 for 3,842 volunteer vacancies. A corrigendum of August 2025 moved the selection process to September 2025 and removed the interview. No result for this enrolment was on the Home Guards website when checked in October 2026.
