UKSSSC Forester Exam Pattern, Eligibility, Important Dates

One objective paper of 100 questions in 2 hours, on subjects linked to the post's qualification. Each wrong answer costs a quarter of the mark, and unattempted questions cost nothing. To count, you needed 45% in the general and OBC categories and 35% in SC and ST.

Intermediate (Class 12) in agriculture or science, from a recognised board or Uttarakhand school. Age 18 to 28, counted on 1 July 2025, with five years more for Uttarakhand SC, ST and OBC candidates and ten for the state's disabled candidates. Preference goes to candidates with two years in the Territorial Army or an NCC B or C certificate.

Written merit list, then a physical standards and efficiency test for about twice the vacancies, then document scrutiny. Men run 25 km and women 14 km, each in a maximum of four hours. Minimum height is 163 cm for men and 150 cm for women, and the chest must expand by 5 cm; Scheduled Tribe and hill candidates get lower height limits (152 cm and 145 cm). Eyesight beyond plus or minus 4.00 dioptre disqualifies.

Level 5 pay scale, ₹29,200 to ₹92,300.

Yes. The run is 25 km for men and 14 km for women, each within four hours.
