Graduate level is the commission's degree-qualified Group C exam. One paper fills Patwari, Lekhpal, Village Development Officer and several other posts. The last advertisement is No. 70/2025 of 9 April 2025, for 416 posts.
The first exam, on 21 September 2025, was cancelled on 11 October 2025 after questions were posted on social media, and a judicial inquiry was set up. The re-exam was fixed for 17 May 2026. A provisional list for the Patwari and Lekhpal physical test came out on 21 July 2026, and the commission opened department preferences on 17 September 2026 with document scrutiny in the same month.

The state approved the scheme for graduate-level exams on 25 August 2026. A typing test, for the posts that need one, only qualifies.

Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any stream. Age is 21 to 42 for Village Development Officer and Panchayat Development Officer; Lekhpal is 21 to 28 with the state's relaxations. Some posts add conditions: shorthand and typing for Personal Assistant, a computer certificate for the Panchayat post, and social science studies for Assistant Superintendent in Women's Welfare.
Selection Process
Written paper first. Patwari and Lekhpal then face a physical test, a 7 km run for men in 60 minutes and 3.5 km for women in 35 minutes. Document scrutiny follows, and candidates fill in their department preferences online after the result.
