What is the output of this C code?
void main()
{
int k;
for (k = -3; k < -5; k++)
printf("Hello");
}
Answer: D
Correct answer: Nothing
A for tests its condition before the first pass. With k at -3, the test k < -5 is already false, so the body never runs and nothing is printed. (Had it been a do-while, the body would have run once.)
